Terms of Drop.

By accessing or using mrexotixx.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Drop. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site. Continued use after we update these terms means you accept the updated version.

These Terms are between you and Mr. Exotixx (“we,” “us,” “our”), a brand operating in California.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this Site and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under California law. You agree to provide accurate account and shipping information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

Cannabis content on this Site is intended for adults 21+ in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal. We may verify age at any time.

This Site does not sell cannabis or cannabis products. Mr. Exotixx-branded cannabis is sold only through licensed California dispensaries. The Dispensary Locator on this Site is informational only — actual purchases must be made in person at a licensed retail location, by adults 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID.

Cannabis is a Schedule III substance under U.S. federal law. State laws vary, and we make no representation that cannabis purchases are legal in any jurisdiction other than California. We do not ship cannabis products.

Clothing is sold in limited drops. Once a drop sells through, the run is archived and will not be restocked. Quantities, drop dates, and product specifications are at our discretion and may change.

Some pieces may be offered as made-to-order with an estimated build time stated on the product page (typically around three weeks). Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, refuse or cancel orders, and correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Payment is processed via Shopify and must be authorized at the time the order is placed. By submitting your order you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed.

We currently ship clothing to addresses within the United States. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days from the order ship date. Made-to-order pieces ship after the build time noted on the product page.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

• In-stock clothing may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Made-to-order items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
• Defects: contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Customers cover return shipping unless the return is for a defect or shipping error on our end.

All site content — including designs, photography, copy, and the Mr. Exotixx trademark — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any of it without prior written permission.

If you tag us or submit photos via the gallery submission form, you grant Mr. Exotixx a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted content in our marketing and editorial channels with attribution where reasonable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Site or its data;
• Submit false personal information or impersonate another person;
• Resell items obtained through this Site without our written authorization;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Product photography is representative; due to fabric and color rendering, actual items may vary slightly from screen images.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
